1. How many hours does it take?

Think of it this way... the more stuff you have, the more time you need.

The hours needed will ultimately be based the amount of clutter you have, the goal for your space and your ability to make decision throughout the process.


2. are you going to make me throw out all my stuff?

No, you ultimately decide what stays and what goes.

However, we will hold you accountable to the reason you called us in the first place. We can only do our job if you are ready to make decisions. We will encourage you to let go of things that are holding you back and taking up unnecessary space in your home.

3. should i buy organizing products?

If you have something specific in mind or know what you need, yes of course!

If you don't, no worries; we will make recommendations when we work with you.

4. will you donate the items I don't want?

Yes, we deliver your new and gently used, unwanted items to one of the following;

Donation receipts are sent to you a few days after the drop-off.

  • SCO Family of Services
  • Local Churches
  • Community Centers
  • Shelters
  • Animal Shelters
  • Families in need

5. What forms of payment do you accept?
